General FAQ's

Yes we send parts all across Australia and internationally.

Within Australia we can send standard and overnight express to most areas.

Internationally we can send via standard air mail and also international couriers.

However please note there are some size and weight restrictions that may limit our ability to send some products.

Yes we offer a 12 month / 20K warranty on our parts. We'll offer either a replacement part or refund depending on the individual situation.

However there are some exceptions which include:

• Electrical Items: we're unable to return or refund electrical items as vehicle electrical systems can be the cause of many issues and not the part itself. Please have any electrical issues diagnosed by a qualified auto electrician prior to purchase.
• Fitted Parts: are only eligible for replacement and cannot be refunded.
• Special Order: items cannot be returned for refund.

4x4world will not be responsible for or cover any labour expenses, loss of income of any other loss or expense (e.g. towing costs).
