What is Your 4x4world.com.au Member Account?

The 4x4world.com.au Account area is where you can view details pertaining to your recent orders, and where you can manage your account details.

How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order you will need to login to your account. Once you have logged in click My Account on the top menu bar:

  1. Select the option that you would like to change or display.
  2. Click on the "Pay it @ Post" or "Credit Card" link, depending on how you piad for your order to view your orders.
  3. Each order has a delivery state that indicates the current orders status
  4. To view your complete order information click on the link "Details". This information includes a summary of all items ordered and the delivery details for that order.
How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an entire order or an individual item from an order that has not yet been dispatched, you will need to contact us.

Please submit your cancellation request via our online contact form.

To assist with a speedy resolution of your cancellation request, please advise if you wish to receive a 4x4world.com.au direct credit card refund (online credit card orders only) or a cheque refund. You will receive an email confirmation once your order cancellation has been processed.

IMPORTANT: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched as they are already on their way to your address!

How do I update my default delivery address?

To update your default delivery address you will need to login to your account. Once you have logged in click My Account on the top menu bar:

  1. Select the "Change Settings" link.
  2. Update you address details.
  3. After you have finished your changes, select the "Change Settings" button to submit your changes.

IMPORTANT: This will not change the delivery address for any of your outstanding orders. Please Contact Us if you need to change the delivery address of an outstanding order.

How do I update my email address?

To update your email address you will need to login to your account.Once you have logged in click My Account on the top menu bar:

  1. Select the "Change Settings" link.
  2. Update you your email address.
  3. After you have finished your changes, select the "Change Settings" button to submit your changes.
How do I change my 4x4world.com.au member account login password?

To change your account login password you will need to first login to your member account using your existing password. Once you have logged in click My Account on the top menu bar:

  1. Select the "Change Password" link.
  2. Enter your old password, then add your new password and confirm it.
  3. After you have finished your changes, select the "Change Password" button to submit your changes.
